Maintenance Contracts:
NVD offers maintenance contracts for all of our design build projects. Regular equipment maintenance is required per manufacturer specifications and is necessary to ensure a standard life cycle. It is especially important in order for the venue to maintain the desired appearance and functionality. 

Repair:
NVD has certified repair technicians for onsite and shop repairs. While most repairs can be performed onsite, some may need to be will be delivered to the nearest factory repair center. With one of our maintenance contracts, you will only pay cost for parts and factory repair outside of your warranty period. We also offer extended warranties.

Programming Support:
NVD provides twenty-four hour phone and onsite support through our local office.  We also provide “urgent” support for any unexpected or immediate programming needs via our emergency hotline.

Online System Support:
Our newest level of support is Remote Internet Access.  This service allows our programmers to remotely update your systems via your high speed internet connection. And, through the use of integrated video camera systems, we can even monitor the venue remotely for troubleshooting, maintenance, and guidance purposes. This unique feature is a significant benefit for supporting our customers outside the country.

24-Hour Support:
NVD provides twenty-four hour phone and onsite support through our local office in Las Vegas, NV.  All of our local service contracts automatically include three onsite visits per month. Venues in other areas may customize their support plans based on individual needs.

It is our pleasure to assist you in integrating all of your devices for ease of daily operations. In order to ensure you get the most out of your systems, we are available to answer questions, provide assistance,  and help you better understand the technologies and products that you own.  If you are considering expanding a current system or acquiring “Neu” products, we are available for consultation and technical advice.
